Spring is here--with lots of news to share...
Please check out my Blog page where I've entered questions and answers from my workshop entitled “A Simple How-To and Who's Who Introduction to Sanskrit Mantra” which was part of the Annual Yoga Hub Virtual Conference in Feb 2012.
Feel free to comment on any of the existing entries and add questions of you own as well! I find that in my programs, I work best with questions and of course it makes perfect sense. I don't know what someone would like to know until they ask it.
So ask away!
At Kripalu from 7:30pm - 9:00pm on May 23rd, I will be leading a Classic Kirtan with Atma JoAnn Levitt and drummers Adrian Bennett and Bob Cronin. Please bring all your friends because as you know, with kirtan, it's always the more the merrier!
My upcoming programs at Kripalu...
Have you heard about the benefits of meditation and wondered what the practice is really like? Or perhaps you’ve had some meditation instruction but not yet found a technique that fits your temperament and lifestyle, one that allows you to sustain a regular practice.
My Introduction to Meditation weekend workshop on July 6th - 8th introduces you to several major meditation techniques from the yogic and Buddhist traditions, including Meditation on the breath, Loving-kindness or metta meditation, Walking meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), and Sanskrit chanting as meditation.
Take away the inspiration and clarity you need to continue meditating at home, along with a meditation practice that brings greater peace, equanimity, and contentment to your life.
It's time to get your order in for a workshop in your area...
I'm thrilled that I'm getting out and about more for chanting and workshops and I'd love to come to your area. Check out my Workshops page to see the kinds of presentations I can offer--and keep in mind that we can always tailor something to the specific needs of your group.
Albums, clips, and lyrics...

Thanks for visiting.
Please write a comment in my Guestbook before you leave. Thanks.
Peace and blessings.
